Kunal has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law. Prior to joining Acumen Fund, Kunal was a senior associate at J. Sagar Associates, a top tier corporate commercial law firm in India, where he worked as a part of the Corporate/M&A Group. His prior experience includes working with Vaish Associates and Spice Communications Ltd., a company providing cellular services in India. Kunal’s work involved advising clients on all aspects of corporate commercial laws from mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures, foreign direct investment into India, public private partnerships and regulatory/policy matters.

Kunal graduated from Delhi University with a LLB and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
