Macy Castillo is founder and CEO of Enstack. She is a serial entrepreneur, thought leader in eCommerce and entrepreneurship and a champion for economic inclusion in Southeast Asia. She has over a decade of experience building and scaling digital businesses in emerging markets, with a focus on eCommerce, fintech, smart checkout and workflows enabling underserved SMEs.

At Enstack, a Philippines-based SME enablement platform, she’s deeply committed to empowering millions of entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia with innovative technology systems to formalize informal economies, build trust in digital commerce, and unlock human potential. She founded Enstack as a home-grown solution to bridge the digital canyon separating small businesses from formal business tools, drawing from her passion for creating inclusive opportunities for underserved communities.

Previously, Macy served as the first Country Lead for Shopee in the Philippines, held key roles at Zalora, and led Strategy and Special Projects for Oriente, a fintech platform focused on financial inclusion in emerging markets. Under her leadership, Enstack has partnered with investors and innovators including Mangrove Capital, Black Pine, Canva, Dyna.Ai and others for hyper-localized AI solutions. She is also the founding force behind the community initiative EmpowHER, focused on building networks for women business-owners and leaders in the region.

Macy has a degree from Pepperdine University and a Masters from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
