Bridge International Academies

Marie leads Bridge International Academies’ marketing and brand strategy group, developing and implementing the tactics that have allowed Bridge to become the largest chain of low-cost primary and pre-primary schools in the world. The first Bridge International Academy opened in 2009, and as of May 2014, the company will have more than 300 academies serving approximately 100,000 pupils and employing over 4,000 people, with monthly fees costing an average of $6 a month. Bridge plans to educate 10,000,000 children across a dozen countries by 2025. Prior to Bridge, Marie worked in both the telecom and microfinance sectors across Africa and Latin America.
