Marilyn Heymann is a program associate at the Results for Development Institute. She joined R4D in March 2012 and works primarily on health care financing projects with the Expanding Coverage team of the Joint Learning Network. Prior to joining R4D, Marilyn coordinated a health project on reducing maternal mortality in the Dominican Republic for Dr. Arachu Castro, associate professor at Harvard Medical School. Marilyn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and has also worked with the Center for International Health and the Sandra-Rotman Center for Global Health in Toronto.
