Muska Ulhaq is project manager for the Social Finance Forum, MaRS and associate, Capital Advisory, MaRS Centre for Impact Investing.

Ulhaq works on strategic events, reporting, capital advisory projects, finance and operations for the MaRS Centre for Impact Investing. Ulhaq also manages the annual Social Finance Forum, Canada’s largest gathering of impact investors and social entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining MaRS, she worked as a policy and research analyst with Humber Bay Shores Condominium Association and as a policy analyst with the Ontario Ministry of Revenue. Ulhaq has a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance and an undergraduate degree in political studies and psychology from Queen’s University.
