Orinola Gbadebo-Smith is the CEO and co-founder of Hugo Technologies Inc, an African Future-of-Work company headquartered in Chicago. Established in 2018, Hugo builds and manages remote CX + data operations teams (as-a-service) on behalf of global technology and AI research institutions. Prior to founding Hugo, Orinola’s career spanned in private equity investing at Vestor Capital and Helios Investement Partners and was a Special Advisor at Nigeria’s Liquefied Natural Gas Project. Orinola holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
