Pooja Wagh and Anna Cash
IPA

Pooja Wagh joined IPA in August 2012 as the Project Coordinator for the Citi IPA Financial Capability Research Fund supported by the Citi Foundation. She helps manage the portfolio of projects supported by the Fund and organizes events related to the Fund’s matchmaking program. Prior to joining IPA, she earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she focused on innovations in financial services for the base of the pyramid. Pooja also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

AnnaCashis a ProjectAssociatewith Innovations for Poverty Action’s US Household Finance Initiative under the direction of Principal Investigators Dean Karlan, Jonathan Zinman, and Julian Jamison. She works with implementing partners to develop evaluations of behavioral economics interventions designed to help US consumers manage debt, increase savings, and better understand their finances. Anna previously worked with IPA’s Project Development team supporting development of IPA’s global portfolio of projects. Anna holds a B.A. in Sociology and Latin American Studies, with an International Relations certificate, from Wesleyan University.
