Dr. Rashika Anand is a public health professional with experience in program coordination, research, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). Her work focuses on the intersection of climate and gender, health systems, maternal and child health and digital health interventions. She has contributed to projects supported by global development organizations, including health systems assessments, evaluations of digital initiatives, and integrating gender and climate considerations into public health programs.

Her experience also includes systematic reviews comprehensive data analysis to generate insights for policy and program development.

With a background in public health and dental surgery, she combines clinical understanding with research expertise to support evidence-driven approaches for strengthening health systems.
