Ms. Salma Elbeblawi, Chief Program Officer, oversees strategy and execution for Soliya programs, including 1YC. She oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programming and designs yearly strategy and operational plans for Soliya, leading the organization in the most appropriate direction to best serve the needs of young adults. Significantly, Ms. Elbeblawi manages the partnership with Soliya’s research collaborators, including the Saxelab at MIT, the University of Pennsylva nia,  University College London, theStanford Social Neuroscience Lab,  and Tel Aviv University. Her years of experience evaluating virtual programming, including working with social scientists to design new measures, will lead Soliya through evaluating 1YC. Previously, Ms. Elbeblawi served as Soliya’s Senior Manager of the Connect Program, and the Project Manager for the Centre for Widening Participation and Social Inclusion at University of Wales in the UK. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University.
