Sebastian Chaskel
Instiglio

Sebastian Chaskel is an Associate Partner at Instiglio, where he leverages his expertise in strategy, management, research, policy, and partnership development to support Instiglio’s mission, partners, and clients. Before joining Instiglio, Sebastian spent half a decade with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), where he founded and led the Colombia and Dominican Republic country programs, directed the Peace and Recovery program, and most recently, managed the organization’s flagship response to the COVID-19 pandemic by supporting governments in 10 countries with rapid data and analysis. Sebastian has also held research and program management positions at the Government Performance Lab at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Cerrejón Foundation, and Princeton University’s Innovations for Successful Societies. Sebastian has an MPA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and a BA in Anthropology and International Relations from Tufts University.
