Susannah Schaefer is the executive vice chair and chief executive officer of Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft charity. Susannah joined the management team of Smile Train in February 2013, after being a member of Smile Train’s board of directors since 2003. She oversees the charity’s vision and day-to-day operations after almost 20 years in operational roles, bringing a vast network and experiences to the team. Before Smile Train, Susannah served as vice president, director of international marketing at Computer Associates International Inc., now CA Technologies.
