Taara Chandani is a consultant with ACCESS Health International in India. She has more than 15 years of experience in health sector financing and capacity building across Africa and Asia, focusing on health system assessments, offering advisory services to health care enterprises and developing best-practice publications. Taara has worked with a variety of organizations including Banyan Global, Blue Lotus Advisory, the Microinsurance Centre and UNDP. She earned a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College.
