Timothy Kotin
SuperFluid Labs

Timothy Kotin is the CEO and co-founder of SuperFluid Labs, a pioneering African data analytics firm supporting enterprise clients in multiple sectors across emerging markets, with offices in Kenya, Ghana and Germany.

Timothy was previously a Research Scientist at IBM, where his team developed several business innovations for some of the largest enterprise clients in Africa, with a focus on financial services innovation. He also worked with Dalberg as a consultant, advising key public and private sector development actors such as the U.S. Government, Gates Foundation, Open Society Foundations, Rockefeller Foundation and the UN Foundation.

Timothy holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge, where he was also a Gates Cambridge Scholar, as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Harvard University.
