Yanina Seltzer is a senior associate with the Insights & Influence team at BFA and has over eight years of experience in financial inclusion and over ten years in development. Her areas of expertise include customer-centricity, human-centered design and customer experience for financial services. Prior to joining BFA, Seltzer spent eight years at CGAP, where her work revolved around understanding and listening to customers and translating those insights into products, services and/or experiences. In addition, she advanced CGAP business and policy strategy in Brazil, branchless banking policy and G20 involvement. Prior, she worked for the Inter-American Development Bank and for Nathan Associates. She holds a Masters degree in international business and development economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and an undergraduate degree in economics, politics and Latin American studies from Brandeis University. Seltzer speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
