Annetty Chama (19) became a Zoona kiosk teller in Lusaka following a ‘Girl Effect Accelerator’ training course she completed with Zoona, a mobile money cash transfer company that recruits young women from underprivileged communities, between the ages of 18 and 22. Zoona was chosen as one of the 10 companies best positioned to take girls out of poverty by the ‘Girl Effect Accelerator’ initiative created by the Nike Foundation and the Unreasonable Group.
