WiDEF Technical Assistance Round for Large Private Enterprises: Scaling Private Sector Solutions to Close the Gender Digital Divide

Internet access and use can be life changing, enabling people to stay connected and get information and services from anywhere. However, 2.6 billion people are still offline, and the majority are women.

The GSMA Foundation, CARE and Global Digital Inclusion Partnership together as the managing consortium for the Women in the Digital Economy Fund (WiDEF) will launch its second round of innovation support, which seeks to provide selected private sector companies with bespoke technical assistance to scale solutions that advance efforts to close the gender digital divide.

Join our launch event on 17 July to learn more about this competitive award and how to apply followed by a lively discussion with global experts about the role of the private sector in closing the digital divide.
