Many BoP and middle-income health systems struggle with problems like service delivery duplication, low continuity of care and patient dissatisfaction. Integration of services at every stage of health promotion could address these issues. In Namibia, Geneva Global’s Rural Health Integrated Network project seeks to create a strategy for health systems integration that could provide a model for global practice.
