e-MFP (European Microfinance Platform) is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Network and Fundraising Officer to lead the growth, engagement, and strategic activation of our global network. If you enjoy building long-term partnerships, possess a strong work ethic, and want to play a pivotal role in the financial inclusion sector, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Secretary, you will be the primary architect of our membership strategy. You will ensure our network remains representative of the evolving sector while delivering clear value to every member.

Your core mission includes:

  • Drive our Membership Strategy: identify and attract new members, manage applications and onboarding, and oversee membership renewals and network growth.

  • Relationship Stewardship: serving as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they clearly understand and experience the value of being part of the network.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identifying alliances and non-sponsorship funding opportunities that strengthen e-MFP’s influence and financial sustainability.

  • Global Visibility: Representing e-MFP at external events in Luxembourg and across Europe to expand our reach and impact.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Collaborator: You have a strong relational attitude and enjoy working closely with internal consultants and external partners.

  • An Effective Communicator: You possess excellent English (writing and speaking) and very good French speaking skills.

  • Strategic & Proactive: You are comfortable working toward long-term objectives and have a high capacity for self-directed learning.

  • Ready to Travel: You are willing to travel periodically for meetings and to represent the organization at events (mainly within Europe).

  • Fundraising Savvy: While not strictly required, prior experience in fundraising or identifying strategic funding opportunities is a significant asset.

Why Join Us?

You will join a small, mission-driven team based in Luxembourg where your individual contribution has a visible, global impact.

Ready to grow our network? Please submit your CV and a short motivation email (and, if available, a brief example of a partnership or fundraising initiative you contributed to) to Sophie Lafleur – slafleur@mandeleo.lu
