responsAbility will invest up to USD 15 million on behalf of its investors in August Energy, an Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) infrastructure platform headquartered in Singapore with offices in Thailand, India, and the Philippines. The funding will support August Energy in expanding its portfolio of distributed renewable energy projects in India. The investment is part of responsAbility’s USD 500 million climate investment strategy for Asia, which targets scalable private-sector infrastructure solutions that contribute to measurable CO₂ reduction in high-growth markets across the region.
