Standard Chartered Issues Inaugural €1 Billion Social Bond
Social bonds are special bonds that raise funds for new and existing projects delivering positive social outcomes.
The £1bn bond has a total maturity of eight years, but it cannot be called or redeemed by the issuer for the first seven years.
