Doctors Without Training: Can regulatory innovations close the quality gap in BoP health care?
In many countries, shortfalls in health care quality are not the exception but the rule. In one rural Indian state, for example, a recent paper found that 67 percent of sampled health care providers reported no medical qualifications at all.
