Adithya is an education designer for the award-winning Nordic Rebels Movement, and a graduate student of the IDBM Program at Aalto University. He’s currently investigating the link between effectuation and design thinking in early stage entrepreneurial endeavors.

His background in design strategy and UX/product design includes several years working at an international design consultancy. He has worked across a wide range of domains and locations with outcomes that include award-winning app designs, as well as setting up design teams from scratch within complex corporate frameworks. 

Adithya is primarily interested in growing educational experiences that enable people to take on challenging problems and create strategic, systemic solutions. He’s also passionate about the integration of ethics and values in design and business, and the application of ethical design principles to cutting edge domains (such as AI, VR and AR). He believes it’s our responsibility to use design responsibly to generate positive change and leave things in a better state than when we first encountered them.
