Andrea Bettosini joined TechnoServe in 2010 and has served as the Global Entrepreneurship Manager since 2018. In this role, she leads knowledge management for more than 30 enterprise development projects, promoting effective capacity-building strategies, supporting the adoption and local adaptation of global best practices, and managing knowledge exchange among TechnoServe’s staff. Before joining the entrepreneurship practice, Andrea served as head of monitoring, evaluation, and development for TechnoServe Chile.

Andrea has a degree in sociology from Universidad de la República, Uruguay and a diploma in business management from Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile.
