Business Fights Poverty

Dr Annabel Beales is a Collaboration Lead for Business Fights Poverty and a Senior Fellow of the Business Fights Poverty Institute. She leads collaborative research projects on a range of business and social impact challenges, including living wages, livelihoods in global value chains and the right to health. Her PhD research, which she undertook at the City Law School, City, University of London, focused on the right of indigenous peoples to free, prior and informed consent and its implementation in the mining sector in Peru and Canada.
