April Warren is a senior analyst and private sector specialist with Abt Associates’ International Health Division. As part of the Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) Project, she managed the Health Enterprise Fund and led the program’s approach to measuring and understanding impact. With expertise in social entrepreneurship, base of the pyramid business strategy, and monitoring and evaluation, April has more than seven years of experience managing and evaluating global development programs across Africa, Asia and Latin America. She serves as a reviewer for USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures Program, and holds a master’s degree in science from the Harvard School of Public Health.
