Aryasilpa Adhikari was an Associate Director at ACCESS ASSIST and led the Inclusive Finance India Initiative. She is a financial inclusion professional with years of cross-functional experiences in fundraising, partnership and coalition execution, regulatory affairs advisory and policy advocacy in the financial inclusion space. She has significant experience in building and managing debt portfolios of non-banking financial companies operating in the base-of-pyramid segment through various structured finance products in India.

She has earlier worked with Northern Arc – an impact-driven debt platform that addresses the credit requirements of the underbanked in India – in its risk division, Vivriti Capital in an investment banking function, and Intellecap in its development sector consulting division.

Aryasilpa holds a master’s degree in Development Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and has completed the policy design and delivery course at the Harvard Kennedy School.
