Barbara Börner is a senior professional with extensive experience in impact-driven commercial companies and not-for-profit organizations. She works for social change as a systemic consultant and facilitator through empowering non-profit organizations and enterprises. Barbara focuses on poverty mitigation by enabling inclusive businesses in the Global South. For over fifteen years she managed international programs in the sustainability and development sector and advised social enterprises. She led Canopus Foundation’s program development as deputy director, and worked in the solar industry for Solar-Fabrik AG and S.A.G. Solarstrom AG. Barbara teaches Social Entrepreneurship in an international master’s program of Freiburg University. She is a certified systemic consultant and facilitator.
