Carson Christiano leads the Center for Effective Global Action’s (CEGA) partnership development efforts, incubating new research initiatives and working with faculty, donors and partners to generate rigorous evidence in priority areas (including technology, financial inclusion and energy). Prior to joining CEGA, Christiano worked with Innovations for Poverty Action in Kenya, where she coordinated a large-scale, randomized evaluation of water, sanitation and hygiene interventions. She holds a master’s in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and a B.A. in political science and international studies from Northwestern University.
