Cat Meurn is the manager of client services at Vital Wave, a professional services firm focused on delivering ICT solutions at scale in developing countries. She brings front-line experience in building programs, deep expertise in international development and a passion for social impact. In her position, she supports client relationships, manages business outreach and leads the process in crafting projects and programs to meet the needs of clients. She previously worked at the United Nations Foundation, where she collaborated on the creation of the mHealth Alliance, a multi-sector group dedicated to improved health care through the use of mobile devices. She earned a master’s degree in conflict analysis and resolution from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Dickinson College.
