Cristina Heisecke has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” and a masters in International Development, with emphasis in development management from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. She has experience working on the design, monitoring, and implementation of economic development and financial inclusion programs and projects, with public and private partners. She has collaborated in projects of USAID, World Bank and Fundación Capital in Paraguay. She is currently working as project coordinator for Fundación Capital, leading the implementation of a graduation program with the Ministry of Social Development. Cristina is also a professional ontology coach certified by the local firm Crécica of the Yoica Group.
