Professor David Moore is founding co-director of alcamilabs ltd. He also works as an infectious diseases and tropical medicine physician at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in London, as director of the TB Centre at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and as course director for the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, having previously lived and worked in rural South Africa and urban Peru. He leads a TB research group with a particular interest in TB diagnostics, MDR-TB and TB infection control.
