Denise Chew is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across public and private sectors. She currently serves as a manager at The Bridgespan Group, where she brings strategic insight and cross-sector expertise to her work.

Previously, Denise was an assistant vice president at Temasek, and a senior assistant director at Singapore’s Ministry of Law, where she led teams on insolvency and related policies and played a key role in establishing the AML/CFT regulatory framework for precious stones and metals dealers. In 2019, she represented Singapore as a delegate to the United Nations General Assembly, engaging on critical global issues.

Earlier in her career, Denise held roles at the National Climate Change Secretariat and the CPF Board, contributing to policy and organizational initiatives of national significance.

Denise holds a Master of Arts in International Security from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London.
