Dia Martin
OPIC

Dia Martin, CFA is a Managing Director on the Social Enterprise Finance team at OPIC where she originates debt financings across multiple emerging markets.  She also leads Portfolio for Impact program, which is focused on financing scalable, earlier stage projects that are highly developmental.  To date, OPIC has committed over $90 million in financing to over 20 projects in the Portfolio for Impact program.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Martin lived in Germany where she worked with Finance in Motion GmbH and was a recipient of the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship in 2007-2008.  Ms. Martin has also held positions with Citigroup, Moody’s Investors Service and J.P. Morgan Chase.  She earned a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  She received her B.S. in Finance from Hampton University.
