Eveline, based in Indonesia, is a community mobilizer in Ashoka Changemakers. From her academic background in environmental engineering and architecture, she developed a great interest on ecological sustainability and urban issues. Currently trying to be a locavore, vegetarian and chef at home, she was attracted to the #Nutrients4all movement while pondering about the “lost connection” between human and the nutrients cycle. Being part of the urbanized modern world, she saw how we’re steadily moving away from the soil, the kitchen and “real” food, thus losing control over the nutrients we eat, resulting in bleak consequences in every aspect of our lives.
