Faisal Olanipekun holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, an Advanced Diploma in Business from Oxford Brookes University, and an Affiliate with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Prior to joining CrossBoundary, he worked as a Business Performance Analyst for one of Africa’s largest integrated energy, power, and infrastructure companies – Sahara Group. He has also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Lagos office, serving clients across industries on strategy and implementation projects.

Faisal is based in CrossBoundary’s Nairobi office, where he is focused on prototype design, implementation, and scaling at the Mini-Grid Innovation Lab.
