Karina Avakyan is a Knowledge Manager at Triple Jump, an investment management and advisory services firm. As a knowledge manager for the Seed Capital & Business Development (SCBD) facility of the Dutch Good Growth Fund, she is leading ongoing knowledge development efforts in the fields of SME finance and entrepreneurial ecosystem development in emerging markets. She is also an independent consultant and part of the Dimes Consultancy, a collective of consultants that offers support in the design and implementation of social and financial inclusion policies, and economic empowerment and financial capability programs.

She holds a BSc in Economics from National Research University-Higher School of Economics in Moscow, and MSc in Business Studies and International Development from University of Amsterdam.
