Keyzom Ngodup Massally is the Regional Technical Specialist for the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), based in Nepal. She is a passionate advisor to governments in fragile and emerging markets, focusing on inclusive digital economies and last mile solutions for the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  She works with the private sector, startups and entrepreneurs to invest in the deployment of technology for financial inclusion.

Keyzom has worked across a range of markets, including Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, India, Iraq, USA, and the Manu River Union region. Keyzom earned a B.A. and MPA at Cornell University, where she was a sustainable global enterprises fellow at the S.C. Johnson College of Business.
