Michal Januszewski (based in Zurich, Switzerland) is a Senior Consultant at LeFil Consulting, a boutique consultancy supporting social enterprises in emerging markets. At LeFil, he frequently conducts due diligence for impact investors and foundations, structures impact-linked deals, and develops impact measurement frameworks for ventures. Prior to this, he gained experience at the UNEP/GRID center, analyzing sustainability strategies and industry reports. Passionate about international development, Michal has volunteered for Sustainable Growth Associates and served as a delegate at Youth Adaptation Dialogue 2022. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Business and Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management.
