Monica Amponsah is Regional Program Manager at Grameen Foundation supporting the EBODAC (Ebola Vaccine Deployment, Acceptance & Compliance) project, responsible for the development of a mobile platform to improve communication and compliance of participants in the Ebola vaccine trial and beyond. Monica has also overseen the scaling of EBODAC tools, such as the Mobile Training and Support (MOTS) system, which relies on IVR for COVID training response for community health workers in Sierra Leone and Rwanda. She has significant experience in Pharmaceutical and Information Technology quality within the healthcare industry and has been successful in ensuring IT is compliant and continuously improving. Monica holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is Chair of the EBODAC Consortium Executive Committee.
