Nishat Tasnim is Deputy Manager, Innovation Ecosystem and Partnership at BRAC. Nishat started her career with a notion of implementing market system development projects across Bangladesh. She joined at BRAC as a Young Professional and has driven programmatic intervention in remote locations. Focusing on curating evidence-based policies and approaches, she is a believer of unorthodox ways of innovation and innovating frugally. Currently, she is managing the Innovation Ecosystem and Partnerships portfolio at the BRAC Social Innovation Lab. She is responsible for driving innovation at BRAC through facilitating collaboration among programs, affiliates, partners and external organizations. Specifically, this requires managing joint innovation projects with BRAC programs and enterprises, maintaining liaison with BRAC affiliates, national and international stakeholders.
