He supports Bridgespan’s clients through strategy development, organizational redesign, and seeks growth and impact opportunities across the continent.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Nkanyiso worked for Monitor Deloitte as a corporate strategy and growth practitioner, with a particular focus on identifying new value creation opportunities. He was a member of the Innovation and Venturing portfolio, unlocking new growth areas. His work focused on scalable opportunities to create long-term value.
