Norman A. Bailey, Ph.D., has a background in the armed forces, business, finance, academia, and consulting.  He is a native of Chicago, a graduate of Oberlin College and Columbia University and currently resides in Israel.  He is professor emeritus of The City University of New York and the University of Haifa.  He is Professor of Economic Statecraft at the Institute of World Politics in Washington and the Galilee Institute of Management in Israel.  He is author of several books and hundreds of articles on economics, political science, international relations, and social and economic justice.
