Nyaga Kebuchi is the Director at Sustainable Transport Africa, an implementation and advisory focused NGO for the transport sector in Kenya. He is e-mobility expert with deep technical and commercial experience across Africa’s automotive sector. He has advised governments, industry, and international organisations on clean fuels, vehicle emissions, bus rapid transit, fleet optimisation, and electrification, including leading a 100-electric-motorcycle pilot across Kenya and Uganda for the UN Environment Programme.

Nyaga’s work also includes supporting the launch of Kenya’s KIBO motorcycle brand, authoring flagship reports on two- and three-wheeler markets and cleaner bus standards in Kenya, and designing pilot programmes to accelerate electric mobility uptake. He advises on mobility investments, deal sourcing, and risk assessment across African markets. He holds degrees from Imperial College London and Loughborough University.
