Rahul Ranjan Sinha

Rahul Ranjan Sinha is an international research professional with about a decade of dynamic experience in social research and development advisory. His main practice area within development advisory has been financial inclusion, public health, digital financial services, gender issues, women’s economic empowerment, and poverty measurement. Currently, he leads the Client Insights for Impact (CII) team at Grameen Foundation India. The interdisciplinary team to develop and implement robust research methodologies for impact evaluation. Rahul’s core expertise lies in finalising research and evaluation design, data analysis, report writing, and developing knowledge products. He has worked across eight countries of South Asia and Pacific Island Countries with clients or donors such as the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), Department for International Development (DFID) – UK, and The World Bank, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, amongst others.

Rahul has completed his post-graduation from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, specializing in Rural Management, and has a Bachelor’s in Information Science and Engineering from Visveswaraya Technological University. He speaks English and Hindi.
