Roland Amoah
BFA

Roland Amoah is a senior associate in business insights at BFA and has over 18 years of experience in the banking, FMCG, telecommunications, data analytics and consulting sectors. Prior to joining BFA, he consulted for KPMG’s International Development Advisory Services, undertaking technical due diligence and organizational assessments of companies that had applied for grant funding from two challenge grant funds. He has senior level experience in business development with Cignifi, a big data analytics company, and mobile financial services with Airtel. His extensive banking experience includes roles in corporate banking, personal and business banking sales, products and segments, bancassurance (bank insurance model), private banking and SME banking with Ecobank, Standard Chartered and Stanbic. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with statistics from the University of Ghana, a master’s in business administration in finance and general management from Tulane University and has completed executive education programs in leadership decision making at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and strategic leadership in inclusive finance at Harvard Business School.
