Shobhit Mishra is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Banking and Enterprise Development domain in India. He is a development consultant and financial services expert with over a decade of experience in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Tanzania, working with state governments, central government, think tanks, commercial banks, NBFCs, insurance providers, private equity and venture capital funds, and microfinance institutions. Leveraging an evidence-based, bottom-up, and human-centered approach, Shobhit focuses on bridging financial service gaps for low-income customers and MSMEs—particularly through women’s entrepreneurship, community-based organizations, and government social sector schemes. His expertise spans project management, due diligence, accounts and financial planning, microfinance, MSME finance, and inclusive product design for business banking.
