Taanya Khare leads the development and implementation of impact measurement systems working as a Senior Associate at Acumen. Her work spans the hardest to reach geographies, helping investees integrate impact into their operations, from setting meaningful metrics to using data for decision-making after investment. Taanya also serves as a Trustee at the education non-profit Kids Network, and in her spare time provide mentoring towards purpose driven careers.

She has close to 10 years of experience working in emerging markets with a specialization in impact measurement and management practices, advisory and thought leadership. Prior to Acumen, Taanya had a long consulting career where she advised social enterprises working to strengthen their impact strategies, and alleviate poverty through their programs. In terms of education, Taanya is an MBA graduate from Oxford University and a MSc in Economic from IGIDR, Mumbai.
