Temi Marcella is a globally recognized investor, operator and board director who has deployed nearly $1 billion in capital across technology, healthcare, energy and financial services.

Temi served as Regional Lead for the $1 billion Evercare platform, managed by TPG Capital and The Rise Fund, where she played a pivotal role in its expansion across Africa and Asia. She was also the Founding Executive and Board Member of c, a TPG portfolio company, and began her career as an Investment Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In venture, she has built early-stage investment platforms that have backed over 200 technology companies across 25 countries.

A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Temi is widely recognized for her visionary leadership and ability to mobilize capital at scale to unlock high-growth opportunities, deliver strong returns, and build scalable, market-leading businesses. She has served on several global boards, including the Equality Fund, the University of Cambridge Alumni Advisory Board (NVWG), and Save the Children International.

Temi holds an MA in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
