Cedric Ballarin, BOSAL

Cedric Ballarin is the Executive Vice-President in charge of the Energy Division at BOSAL. Accompanying the transition of the Energy sector towards a carbon neutral footprint, he is responsible for the sales, development, industrialization of heat exchangers for stationary fuel cell and electrolyzer applications and ultimately for the P&L of his Division. Previously Cedric spent most of his career at Forvia, a premium tier-1 global automotive supplier, in various Executive positions including the presidency of FNK North America, a joint-venture between Forvia and Japanese group NHK Spring Co. Ltd. Known for his commitment to excellence, strong analytical approach, and drive, Cedric has served in several high profile management positions throughout his 30+ year career history including extensive international assignments in the United Kingdom, Belgium, and the United States. His education includes a Masters Degree in Business Management and Finance from SKEMA, one of the top 10 business schools in France. A native of France, he is fluent in three languages (French, English, and German) and has conversational skills in Spanish. Cedric was elected in 2013 President of the French American Chamber of Commerce – Michigan Chapter, contributing to the promotion of trade and bi-lateral relations between France and the United States of America. In 2023, he was appointed by the President of the French Republic as Honorary Consul of France in Michigan. Cedric is a guest lecturer at Oakland University’s MBA program, Eastern Michigan and North Carolina State University. Cedric is a devoted husband and father of two girls (Axelle, 18 and Ainsley, 15).
