Nomination Deadline: GSG Impact Summit 2017

The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), in partnership with the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG), an independent multilateral catalyzing impact investment and entrepreneurship, is seeking to honor three impact entrepreneurs under 30 years of age.

Winners will be recognized at the inaugural Millennial Honors at GSG Impact Summit 2017 in Chicago, July 10-11 before 400 Impact leaders from 30+ countries.. Winners will be flown to Chicago to receive the honors from Sir Ronald Cohen, chair of the GSG. The travel costs for Millennial Scholars will be supported by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. 

We are inviting applications for the 2017 GSG Millennial Honors fulfilling the following criteria:

  • The honorees must be no more than 30 years of age on June 30. In case of co-founders, one of the co-founders must meet this age criteria.
  • The honorees must have founded and incorporated a social or environmental impact venture, either as a for-profit (i.e., profit with purpose) company, non-profits, co-operative or as other legal forms no later than June 30, 2015.
  • Impact ventures qualified to apply must be at least two years old, have experienced significant revenue and/or earned fees growth, and must demonstrate measurable impact, scalability, and sustainability.


All nominations must be received by Friday, June 23, 2017 at 23:59 EST.
